Jill & Samer’s Wedding – St. Paul Cathedral – Carnegie Museum

I was so thrilled when Jill & Samer’s wedding day finally arrived!  It felt like ages since we did their engagement session last summer!  Having the opportunity to work with them prior to their wedding day was a great way to become more familiar with who they are and how they felt in front of a camera.  It was obvious that, engagement session or wedding day, these two were going to be fun… and a little unpredictable!

When I arrived at the hotel to meet up with Jill and her bridesmaids, it was a nice and relaxed atmosphere.  One of my favorite moments was when I saw Jill writing a card to Samer.  The slightest smile would cross her lips every few seconds as she wrote down the message to her husband-to-be.  The rest of the preparations were as smooth and enjoyable with her sister and bridesmaids by her side.

One Year Later… – Pittsburgh Family Photography

If you don’t remember the story of little Miss Makenna, you definitely should take a peek at our session from last year!  This little miracle is just as happy now as she was back then!  As a matter of fact, I just couldn’t get enough of this energetic little girl and her sweet parents.  This is evident when you see how many pictures are posted below!  Umm, I may have gone a bit overboard.  Our session took place at one of my favorite parks – Mingo Creek Park.  I love that each time I’m there I find a new nook to explore!

Little Sister – Family Lifestyle Photography

I was so excited to finally have the opportunity to photograph this new little lady!  Though it was a chaotic morning, we were able to get a few pictures of everyone with smiles.  God bless mom for her amazing patience after an action packed first month with her little girl!  Isn’t she precious!

Ashley & Michael – Pittsburgh Engagement Photography

What a great morning to bounce around town with Ashley and Michael.  We managed to stroll through Allegheny Commons, walk along the North Shore, and enjoy an incline ride from Mt. Washington to Station Square!  It was great to have the opportunity to get to know both of them prior to their wedding day!  Keep an eye out for their upcoming wedding at the Grand Hall at the Priory.  I can’t wait!

Celebrating A Life Together – Pittsburgh Family Photography

I love my job!  Not only do I get to photograph the exciting love felt for a newborn child, or the charming moments shared between young children and their parents, or the new love of engaged couples, or the magic of a wedding day… I also get to photograph love that has grown over the years.  Nothing makes me happier than seeing two people who have shared their lives together who still look at each other like they just fell in love!  I realize now, more than ever, that life can throw you curve balls and it is how you grow through the experiences that really makes life richer.  Well, I don’t where their road has taken them through the years, but I can promise you that this stunning couple only has smiles to show for it!

I wish that each year blesses you with more joy and excitement than the last.  Thank you for letting me capture a glimpse of your personal story.
